Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Intellectual property
Content on CyberPulsePak.com (text, graphics, images, UI elements, and game assets created by our studio) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Takedown & infringement procedure
To report alleged infringement, submit a clear notice including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or right you claim is infringed;
- Location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material on our site;
- Your full contact details (name, email, telephone) and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on behalf;
- A physical or electronic signature and a dated declaration of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
We will review notices promptly and may remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe. Repeated misuse of the complaint process may result in actions against the reporter.
